Template:Redirect template 三宅坂系統交流道（平假名：みやけざかジャンクション）位於日本東京都千代田區，是连接首都高速道路都心環狀線和首都高速道路4號新宿線的立体交叉桥，部分匝道為高架橋，部分則為地下隧道。
都心環狀線外環車道和4號新宿線分出的匝道在千代田隧道内匯流，十分容易發生交通事故及塞車的情形。再加上隧道內光線昏暗，且白天時段有許多車輛都不開頭燈，隧道內的速限調整為50km/h。
此外，4號新宿線上行車道（都心方向）的末端在本處分為兩條車道，北側車道通往都心環狀線外環車道（池袋方向），南側車道則與都心環狀線內環車道（霞關、澀谷方向）連接。此路段在進入隧道前的地方有道路分歧的標誌，並在路面中央塗上黃色警告標線，警告駕駛人不得在隧道內變換車道。若是有走錯車道的車輛在強行轉換車道時，必須特別留意，避免緊急煞車而造成追撞的意外。

- 1964年8月2日 - 首都高速都心環狀線三宅坂JCT至吳服橋出入口，以及首都高速4號新宿線三宅坂JCT至初台出入口開通。
- 1967年9月21日 - 首都高速都心環狀線三宅坂JCT至霞關出入口開通，此系統交流道也同時啟用。
