風流的孫富翁臨死前留下遺囑五千萬給兩個兒子孫大民及孫大為，但有條件，長子大民一定要在三十歲或以下前必須結婚，否則錢就給叔叔孫萬才歸有。但是大民完全未談過戀愛，另一天，他去找弟弟大為，人全部到了，律師跟那兩兄弟說了孫富翁的要求，大財得知自己有可能可以獲得所有財產，開心不已。
之后，大為是酒吧的DJ，酒吧有個常客叫阿民，他表面叫阿民，事實他風流成性，一見到女人，就會佔便宜，大為突然想到可以找阿民幫忙認識女人，之后阿民也答應了。兩人在觀察有沒有適合的女人，這時，兩人見到一個白色衣服的女人，但兩人走過去時卻失望極了，只因那個女人是坐著輪椅的，但她卻叫著兩人，求他們幫忙，但其實那個女人並可以走的，正民及大為爭論時，那個女人卻不見了，之后，一場追女人的行動要開始了...。[1]

本片女主角邱月清是首位參演三級片的「亞洲小姐」，開創女藝人演出三級片的先例[2][3][1]。

本片於1990年上映獲得超過港幣1,000萬元的票房收益，是香港影史首部票房破千萬元的三級片，成為導演何藩最成功的商業作品[1]，也從此開啟三級片的流行風潮，使得許多女藝人為尋求演藝事業的突破，而選擇參演此類型作品[2][3]。這部作品被外界認為是女主角邱月清在演藝圈的代表作[2]，而她在片中只穿襯衫被噴水、濕身透點的一幕獲得外界討論，被視為本片經典橋段[4][3][1]。同時，男主角李中寧以此片獲得知名度，之後亦成為三級片主要演員[5]。
