1996年1月，上海市浦东金桥南区川沙新镇生产基地投入使用。
2000年1月，由“上海世邦粉体机器有限公司”更名“上海世邦机器有限公司”。
2005年4月，成立电子商务中心信息技术部。
2008年4月，成立哈萨克斯坦海外分公司。
