中华人民共和国民族自治地方列表

截至2025年1月31日，中华人民共和国境内共設有5個省級、30個地級與120個縣級民族自治地方。中華人民共和國設立民族自治地方的法源依據為《中华人民共和国宪法》[1]與《中华人民共和国民族区域自治法》[2]，惟兩者在提及民族自治地方時均只提及自治区（省級）、自治州（地級）與自治县（縣級）。自治旗作為縣級民族自治地方未見於憲法與法律，而僅見於政府官方文告與網站中[3][4]。
部分曾經存在的民族自治地方現在已被撤銷，又或是撤銷後復設，相關民族自治地方見中华人民共和国已撤销民族自治地方列表。
