习近平派系

香港中评社的文章称，《新京报》“政事儿”微信公号及《纽约时报》等外媒曾暗示习近平最信任的中共核心领导层成员至少包括王沪宁、栗战书、王岐山、刘鹤、蔡奇等人[4]。习近平在2002年11月—2007年3月中共浙江省委书记任內，当时的中共浙江省委常委当中有中共十九大以后跻身“党和国家领导人”行列的陈敏尔（省委宣传部部长）、李强（省委秘书长）、夏宝龙（省委副书记）等人，但也有日后因贪腐问题而被捕入狱的斯鑫良（省委组织部部长）、黄兴国（宁波市委书记）等人。
