故事大綱[编辑]
丁家和李家都是村子裡的旺族，兩家皆以運送及販賣南北鹽貨等重要商務為大宗營運；這兩家的主人各是丁健華與李文宗。丁家略遜李家一籌，所以丁對於李家百般的挑釁總是盡量的隱忍。 一日，太上老君的坐騎「仙鶴」與妖龍鬥法，仙鶴雙眼被妖龍噴出的妖氣所傷，之後眼盲的仙鶴化身為一女子暈倒在湖邊等死，巧遇丁健華路過，捨以靈藥將仙鶴的眼傷治好，丁成就善事後未待仙鶴清醒便離去。當時、李文宗之子李家明原本一路尾隨在丁身後預備要暗算丁，見丁救人後離去，便出現在仙鶴身邊一探究竟，剛巧仙鶴在此時甦醒，誤認李為救命恩人，欲報答，問李有何願望，李不知仙鶴來自天界，只當是尋常村女，卻又隨口說想娶丁之獨生女「清秀」。
