何洛瑤於2000年5月24日出生於香港[5]，中學就讀於播道書院[6]，中一時看過《進擊的巨人》後便喜歡上動漫和日本文化[7]，開始Cosplay不同動漫角色，如《K-ON！輕音部》的平澤唯、《百變小櫻》的木之本櫻等[8][9]，並經營以Cosplay為主題的Facebook專頁「卡死星球」，但在2017年後便較少更新[8]。何亦自中三開始學結他，擅長自彈自唱[8]，並為本地樂隊淚花擔任結他手[10]。畢業後考入香港浸會大學攻讀視覺藝術副學士課程[11]，後於女僕咖啡廳Maidoll Mirage任職侍應生[8][11]。
參加全民造星IV[编辑]
何洛瑤因喜歡表演和享受於舞台上將開心的氛圍帶給觀眾而於2021年參與ViuTV選秀節目全民造星IV [11]，參賽者編號為12號[12][13]。於96強進60強賽事中，她選擇以跳唱作為表演項目，以日系風格演繹Cookies的〈心急人上〉[14]，雖然爆冷以2：1擊敗了被視為大熱的對手YouTuber劉展翹[15]，但表現備受導師許廷鏗和梁祖堯批評，二人均拒絕選她入組，最終由評判分配到B組，由梁擔任導師[14][16]。另一方面，何的表演獲得不少網民讚賞，指她的編舞和日系風格別具特色，而且表現穩定，旁觀比賽的梁業亦稱讚何的綜合實力較強[8][17]。隨後在60強進40強的比賽中[18]，何所屬的B3組以歌舞形式演繹〈燈下黑〉[19]，雖不敵對手A5組，但何未被淘汰[20]，並躋身40強[21]。於40強進30強的比賽中，何所屬的B4組分別以性感的女性打扮和仿照日本暴走族的Cosplay造型來演繹〈妖女〉和〈來自天堂的魔鬼〉兩曲，其中何的臨場應變能力和為團隊設計的造型獲導師和評判誇讚，最終以4：1擊敗對手[22]，但最終卻被導師淘汰，在40強止步[23]。不少網民對此感到不滿，並到ViuTV的社交媒體專頁留言聲討，批評劇組胡亂淘汰人氣高且有潛質的參賽者，而將表現失準的參賽者留下[24][25][26]，更有網民發起罷看《全民造星IV》後續集數的行動[24]。不少粉絲亦在何出局後仍在《全民造星IV》二十強記者會上舉牌聲援[27][28]。而何在節目播出當晚在社交媒體發文感謝粉絲和梁祖堯，並表示不希望網民攻擊梁和其他參賽者[25][29]。
賽後[编辑]
在賽後的訪問中，何的表現獲梁祖堯[30]和節目主持強尼點名讚賞[31] 。強尼稱讚何的演出風格多變[31]，梁則讚揚何的能力和可塑性完全超出他的想像，更邀請她客串出演由他自編自導自演的舞台劇《通菜街喪屍戰》（加料版）[30][32]。何在節目中收穫極高人氣，有粉絲甚至為其眾籌製作巴士車身和巴士站燈箱廣告作應援[33][34]。
目前何打算繼續參與幕前工作，並有意成為獨立藝人，自組公司進行音樂創作[35]。
