台灣文化研究計畫[编辑]
- 2003年11月19日，獲倫敦政經學院亞洲研究中心（Asia Research Centre）管理委員會議通過，成為一個正式的研究計畫，更名為台灣文化研究計畫，施芳瓏]繼續擔任召集人。該計畫進行有關台灣經濟、政治和社會的研究和傳播，其舉辦的講座獲得國立政治大學、大陸委員會、國立中山大學、新加坡國立大學東亞研究所、台灣民主基金會的支持。[3]
- 2006年，施芳瓏擔任台灣文化研究計畫旗下的《Taiwan in Comparative Perspective》刊物執行編輯。7月，台灣文化研究計畫獲得中華民國教育部贊助。[4]
台灣研究計畫[编辑]
- 2007年7月1日，擴大研究計畫與活動的規模，更名為台灣研究計畫。當時前中研院院長李遠哲、教育部部長杜正勝等，都曾與台灣研究計畫創辦人王斯福會面交談。
- 2009年，施芳瓏開始擔任協同主任。[5]
- 2016年3月，倫敦政經學院亞洲研究中心正式裁撤，並另外成立了印度、東南亞、南亞等三個研究中心。而這些新的研究中心內，已無台灣研究計畫，而亞洲研究中心網頁上則稱施芳瓏是台灣研究計畫的前協同主任。另外，原本擔任主任的王斯福則已轉回人類學系任教。[6]

- 接受匿名捐款
一位匿名捐款者，在2007年至2014年間，捐了48萬英鎊（折合台幣約1,840萬元）給台灣研究計畫室（LSE Taiwan Research Programme），並且是指定用途，專為資助施芳瓏教授的fellowship（研究員的員額）。[7][8]
- 以LSE台灣研究計畫室主任名義為蔡英文學位門辯護
前協同主任施芳瓏在卸任後，卻在2019年爆發蔡英文學位門時，積極為中華民國總統蔡英文辯護，且對外身分皆是以「倫敦政經學院（LSE）台灣研究計畫室主任」身分。[9]資深媒體人彭文正10月份到英國倫敦，找尋疑曾在LSE官網貼文章為蔡博士學位「背書」的台灣研究計畫室，LSE保全查證後竟說，「沒有叫台灣研究計畫的辦公室」。[10]
