北京德清公益基金会（英语：Beijing Deqing Foundation)，简称德清基金会，于2016年12月在北京注册，是一个私募、非营利社会组织。该基金会资金来源于发起人唐修国李克梅夫妇的私人捐款[1]，总部在湖南长沙市，在北京设有办公室。作为一个公益机构，其宗旨是关注乡村、关注孩子，关注心灵，致力于贫困地区教育扶贫，保护孩童的心智发育健全。最早在2004年，德清基金初步成立（也称“德清教育专项基金”或“德清教育基金”），并在湖南安仁縣和湖北黄冈市两地进行了“德清助学”、“德清-爱飞翔乡村教师培训”、“德清百课大赛”、“安仁幼教”等公益活动。
2015年以来，北京德清公益基金会聚焦“快乐合唱3+1”公益项目，以“用童声照亮童心”为目标，服务范围扩展至湖南通道县、桑植县、湖北英山县等十四个贫困县[2]。
发展历程[编辑]
- 最早在2004年，唐修国先生及夫人李克梅女士以资助贫困学子为基础，出资在家乡湖南省安仁县设立德清专项基金，简称德清基金[3]。
- 2007年，德清专项基金挂靠湖南省安仁县教育基金会名下，更名为安仁县德清教育专项基金。
- 2011年，德清基金与崔永元先生发起的“爱飞翔乡村教师培训”公益项目合作，每年资助湖南安仁县、湖北黄冈市两地的乡村教师到爱飞翔项目参加培训[4][5]。
- 2012年，德清基金与三一集团、三一工学院合作，推出“德清夏令营”公益项目，每年邀请60名左右的乡村孩子到湖南省会长沙参加7-9天的夏令营[6]。
- 2013年，在安仁县推出“德清杯”中小学合唱节公益项目[7]。
- 2014年，在安仁县推出“百课大赛”公益项目。
- 2015年，与北京多彩光谱学前教育研究中心主任刘雪松女士共同推出安仁幼教公益项目，引进了北京的幼教专家和资源[8]。同年，德清基金向湖南省教育基金会捐赠100万，成立湖南省教育基金会—德清教育专项基金，联合推出“快乐合唱3+1”公益项目，项目服务范围从湖南安仁、湖北黄冈两地扩大到通道、桑植等更多的地方[9]。
- 2016年，德清基金在北京市民政局注册成为私募基金会，正式更名为北京德清公益基金会[10]。
