双齿巨脂鲤（學名：Colossoma bidens），脂鲤目脂鲤科巨脂鲤屬的一個品種。
特征[编辑]
双齿巨脂鲤比短盖巨脂鲤大、黑；体色分界明显，成鱼背部为蓝黑色，带有银色反光；腹部为灰黑色，胸腹部略带红色，其侧线周围有类似大盖巨脂鲤那样的锯齿形体色分界线。鳃盖相比大盖巨脂鲤较小，成鱼体型亦不如大盖巨脂鲤那样瘦长。上颚两排牙齿，较钝且不尖利。下颚一排牙齿，较钝但较尖利，可以轻易咬破皮肉。成鱼的眼睛有红色的发色。
习性[编辑]
这是一种杂食性大型脂鲤，野外最大体长80cm以上，体重超过40KG。一般体长可达60cm，水族箱养殖的也能轻易超过30cm。主食植物果实，但也吃其他鱼，以及蛇、蛙，或小型哺乳动物。饮食结构是大约60%素食、40%肉食。
该鱼在幼鱼时期较易与短盖巨脂鲤的幼鱼混淆，也有一些人会将其与某些锯脂鲤（如纳氏锯脂鲤）的幼鱼混淆，尤其是其幼鱼阶段嗜食小鱼的特点，更易被误认为锯脂鲤的幼鱼。但没有攻击人的记录。
经研究，该鱼在幼鱼阶段会模仿纳氏锯脂鲤那样群起攻击，撕扯猎物，而亚成年期开始以果实等为主食。该鱼不能像大盖巨脂鲤那样轻易啃碎坚果。
