國立清華大學電機資訊學院（College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, National Tsing Hua University），簡稱清大電資院，成立於1998年，由陳文村教授擔任首任院長。清大電資院目前下轄兩系、五研究所、一個學士班，及兩個研究中心。目前清大電資院主要授課地點為台達館和資電館（位於清大校園西側）。

1976年，清大電機工程學系創立[1]。1997年，電機系與資訊系計畫共組電機資訊學院，並於9月獲教育部核准設立，次年2月1日正式成立，並聘請陳文村教授為首任院長[2]。

- 1977年：計算機管理決策研究所碩士班（資訊系之前身）從理學院應用數學研究所計算機組獨立成所
- 1983年：電機工程學系研究所和計算機管理決策研究所成立博士班
- 1988年：計算機管理決策研究所改名為「資訊科學研究所」
- 1990年：資訊科學研究所始招收大學部學生，即資訊工程學系
- 1996年：電子工程研究所成立
- 1999年：通訊工程研究所設立
- 2001年：資訊系統與應用研究所成立
- 2003年：光電工程研究所成立
- 2008年：電資院學士班成立
- 2019年：資訊安全研究所成立
