辦學宗旨[编辑]
德萃教育機構自 2015 年創立，至今已開辦及營運三間幼稚園、三間小學和一間中學。校方於 2020 年 8 月開辦非牟利私立英文男女中學「大光德萃書院」，為幼小中提供一條龍教育服務。校長張毅提到，大光德萃書院是本地一間推行 IB（國際教育文憑）及 GCE A Level（英國高考）的中學，畢業生在報讀本地大學或到海外不同國家升學均有優勢。

大光德萃書院於 2020 年創立，其辦學團體為德萃教育機構。
校徽[编辑]
- 盾 : 代表如堅固城牆的保護, 安全健康的校舍
- SH : St. Hilary's 的簡寫
- 書本: 代表知識
- 紫荊花: 代表香港
- 桂冠: 代表第一，頂尖
- 藍色 : 代表自由，開放
- 本校學生在一個安全，受保護的環境下，接受最好的教育，並以校訓「德以為本，學以精萃」的教學方針，致力成為香港頂尖的學府。
