《广州跑男》以综艺节目《Running Man》和《奔跑吧兄弟》为蓝本，嘉宾以自驾出行的方式从广州前往广东境内的某个城市，共同度过“两天一夜”，在体验当地的人文风情的同时完成节目组的各种任务和竞技挑战[3]。
