生平[编辑]
1991年9月，考入安徽大学外语系，毕业获英语语言文学学士学位。1995年8月，进入中华人民共和国外交部非洲司，担任科员、随员。1999年9月，担任驻尼日利亚使馆随员、三秘、研究室主任。2002年6月，回国担任外交部非洲司三秘。2004年5月，改任中非合作论坛中方后续行动委员会秘书处办公室副主任。2007年1月，担任中华人民共和国外交部非洲司处长。2011年1月至2013年6月，担任中国常驻联合国代表团参赞、中国出席联合国安理会候补代表。2013年7月，出任中国驻肯尼亚大使馆参赞、首席馆员[2]。2018年1月，出任中华人民共和国驻巴巴多斯大使。同年2月5日，他向巴总督梅森递交国书[3]。
