彰化縣永靖鄉德興國民小學是彰化縣永靖鄉最西側的一間公立國民小學，簡稱德興國小。
德興國小校史可追溯至民國42年（1953年）8月設立之彰化縣福興鄉福興國民學校竹子分班。民國47年9月獨立設校，稱為彰化縣永靖鄉德興國民學校，編制為7班，以施炯沂為首任校長。民國57年8月，因全面實施九年國民義務教育，國小學生依學區劃分，免試直接升入國中就讀，所以校名改為彰化縣永靖鄉德興國民小學。[1]德興國小學區為彰化縣永靖鄉竹子村，每個年級各有一班，共六班。
沿革[编辑]
德興國小校址一帶內原無設置小學，1950年代初期屬於福興國民學校學區，因學童就學路途遙遠，當地居民希望能夠另設一校。1953年8月，彰化縣政府遂設置福興國民學校竹子分班，暫借江姓宗廟上課，為德興國小的前身。
1956年，彰化縣議員邱樹火、江水班及永靖鄉民代表江宗禮、村長楊禎祥等四位地方人士發起募捐，由竹子分班家長捐助新台幣35,000元，購置校地0.498甲，新建校舍。當年9月起，師生遷入新址上課。
1958年9月獨立設校，稱為德興國民學校，當時編有7班，學生349名，施炯沂為首任校長。1968年8月，臺灣省實施九年國教，奉臺灣省政府教育廳令改制為國民小學，稱德興國民小學。
