彰化縣警察局（簡稱彰化縣警局、彰縣警局）為彰化縣最高警察行政機關 ，隸屬內政部警政署及彰化縣政府，民國39年成立，負責彰化縣內治安之維護，及縣內所有警察行政[1]、人事、教育[2]及訓練等事務。警察局局本部設立於彰化市中正路二段。下轄有彰化、員林、北斗、溪湖、田中、鹿港、和美、芳苑 共8個分局[3]。

本局隸屬於彰化縣政府，掌管轄內警政事宜。局長承縣長之命綜理局務，並兼受內政部警政署署長之指揮監督，置副局長2人襄理局務[4]。下設行政、保安、訓練、防治、外事、鑑識、秘書、督察、保防、資訊、公共關係[5][6]、後勤、法制等13科，會計、人事、政風等3室，勤務指揮、民防管制等2中心；並設保安警察、刑事警察、少年警察、婦幼警察、交通警察[7]等5個大隊，轄境內設8個分局、72個派出所[8]、18個分駐所。
