《很忙》是容祖兒第二十六張個人唱片；第六張國語專輯，於2009年8月14日公開發售，隨碟附送「MIOGGI 立體輪廓3D BB Cream試用裝」一套及可以免費試玩MOOV足本版一個月（內附登記帳號）；DVD共分為兩部分 - MOOV Live 2009 Joey及Bonus MV。該專輯由2008年已開始製作，製作時間近乎一年。總銷量一萬五千張(金唱片)。此專輯並沒有在台灣發行。
