2007年，畢業於美國藝術中心設計學院（Art Centre College of Design)，同年於德國汽車軟件公司任職3D設計師，不久獲上司舉薦到比利時豐田總部工作
2009年，回港協助營運家族企業 - 誠興集團
2015年，創辦飛鏢工房有限公司 (The Darts Factory Limited)，生產可調較重量的飛鏢、智能電子飛鏢靶和智能手帶[1]
2016年，榮獲「香港青年工業家獎」[2][3]，同年其品牌飛鏢工房榮獲由香港品牌發展局頒發的2016香港新星品牌獎[4]，及由香港電子業商會頒發2016電子遊戲產品金獎
2017年，榮獲「金紫荊女企業家獎」[5]、香港商報「傑出商界女領袖獎」[6] 、城市女青年商會「全港時尚專業女性獎」[7]
2019年，榮獲「大灣區傑出青年女企業家獎」[8]；開立飛鏢工房有限公司的首個飛鏢教育中心 - 飛鏢學堂 (TDF Academy), 致力推廣飛鏢運動及教育[9][10]
2020年，擔任「有線電視 愛·體育」一連八集飛鏢介紹的客席主持 [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] , 繼續推廣飛鏢運動; 重新考獲游泳教師證書
2021年，創立愛碼有限公司 (Platform AI Limited), 並於香港推出學生導師配對平台 MasterX App
