《忘記我自己》是菊梓喬發行的首張專輯，於2017年11月3日推出。此專輯特別收錄了菊梓喬多首已曝光但未推出唱片的作品。
此唱片與胡鴻鈞的專輯《到此一遊》並列星夢娛樂有紀錄以來最高水準的專輯，收錄不少年度流行金曲，當中不乏劇集歌曲，其中外購劇《錦繡未央》港版主題曲《一輩子守候》更佔據三大流行榜冠軍（並無派上商台903），《手中沙》及《欲言又止》（與王浩信合唱）亦是兩台冠軍歌。至於派台成績稍遜的《久別重逢》（《三生三世十里桃花》港版主題曲），也能輕鬆登上勁歌金榜榜首。順帶一提，雖然傳唱度最高的《忘記我自己》只在勁歌金榜蟬聯兩週冠軍歌，傳統流行榜如中文歌曲龍虎榜及997也只能派上季軍，但其於YouTube首天便錄得逾十萬點擊率，更橫掃多個網絡音樂平台的冠軍，在iTunes亦連續多日奪得冠軍位置。
