出生於台灣屏東，1986年透過學生社團《學生之音》開始從事舉辦校園演唱會，隨後受到資深製作人賴勛彪賞識，進入台視綜藝節目《龍兄虎弟》、《飛上彩虹》從事幕後工作；而後台灣演唱會風氣開始蓬勃發展，因此轉戰演唱會製作為重心，過去曾與五月天、周杰倫、張惠妹、梁靜茹、劉若英、齊豫、齊秦、張信哲等一線藝人演唱會合作，2006年擔任《超級女聲》巡迴演唱會，同時也籌劃各大活動專案，頒獎典禮及跨年晚會。

個人歷程[编辑]
2003年6月2日成立「尼奧創意行銷有限公司」擔任執行長，目標橫跨企業創意、導演導播、藝人經紀、視覺設計、活動宣傳，五大方向之整合行銷公司。
2003年受邀出任參與中央電視台《同一首歌》國內外演唱會巡迴演出，開始進軍中國大陸傳媒娛樂市場。
2021年3月於Facebook、Youtube、Bilibili、抖音等成立新媒體頻道《導播娘543》[2]。
