Articles copied from Draft Namespace on Wikipedia could be seen on the Draft Namespace of Wikipedia and not main one.），本名戴家昀，客家人，祖籍大湖口（今新竹湖口），為臺灣Channel V節目《模范棒棒堂》成員，也是年紀最大的一位。外貌被指酷似王杰。現為網路媒體JUKSY 流行生活網創意總監。
他亦有另一暱稱MOMO，只在模范棒棒堂節目中使用；由於當時他已以ELMO名義參與其他舞蹈及演藝活動，容易造成稱呼上的混亂(例如《模范棒棒堂》評審之一、排舞老師藍波在節目中會直接稱呼他Elmo)，最後在2007年11月，節目根據其個人意願，將其綽號改回ELMO。
他曾擔任20多支廣告演員及模特兒，也有主持節目、拍攝電影，是少有的《模范棒棒堂》成員在未出道的情況下，已經在台灣演藝界有不少演藝工作。
他也是舞蹈團體「So Funky」及「MOB」的成員，強項是Locking舞蹈，曾參與台灣及國外不同的Locking舞蹈比賽，並得到優秀成績。他亦擅長於其他種類的舞蹈，如Slow Motion、巴西戰舞及另類主題舞蹈等。他也曾是黑Girl成員鬼鬼在年中評比的舞蹈老師。ELMO於《舞林大道》中曾被知名街舞團體黑角讚賞「他其實不是擅長Locking，他是全能」。在《康熙來了》中，他透露自己是台灣第一人將巴西戰舞的動作融入其Locking舞蹈中。
雖然ELMO也經過棒棒堂二軍選戰的洗禮，可是他並沒有被選為棒棒堂二軍出道成員，原因是他本人自願讓出位置給其他更適合的「底迪」（棒棒堂男孩的稱呼），而他本身他有為其他節目任主持，他正是想主持等的工作，以棒棒堂男孩的身份走出世界，見識更多；他亦計劃短期內（約一年內）會搞一個以舞蹈為主題的舞台劇。 雖ELMO已於2008年7月29日確定服兵役，但後來經檢查後發現他多年來因舞蹈所受傷積患已相當嚴重，因此獲撤銷兵役。現在仍然有接受不同節目的錄影，亦有出外代表台灣參加舞蹈大賽。2010年與建豪、陳泰、阿志、小陸和AK組成luxy boyz參加中國達人秀第三季在初賽順利過關並進入16強。
