才华横溢出新秀1999 (英文：Star Search 1999) 是第6届的“才华”是新加坡国际传媒机构也就是现在的新传媒于1999年举办的演员选秀赛，是亚洲之星总决赛有分别来自于新加坡，中国，马来西亚，香港及台湾，5个地区的新秀一起角逐男女冠军头衔。这届总共有10位新秀进入总决赛，比上一届少了两位新秀。男编号分别是M1到M5及女编号分别是F1到F5。本届因是亚洲之星总决赛所以名次只有男女冠军及8位优异新秀。
