Template:Redirect template 新宿出入口（平假名：しんじゅくでいりぐち[[Category:含有Template:ISO 639 name ja的條目]]）是位於日本東京都新宿區的首都高速道路4號新宿線之交流道。
來自三宅坂JCT及高井戶出入口（中央自動車道）的車輛均可在此駛離高速公路，然而進入高速公路的車輛只能進入東行車道（都心方向），無法駛入西行車道前往中央自動車道。
新宿出入口在1960年代開通之初僅有在東行車道設置出口及入口，西行車道（都心→中央道方向）的出口則是在1990年代中期增加的。三宅坂JCT方面的來車在抵達新宿出口前會遇到一個右拐的大彎，要直行前往中央道的車輛必須特別小心，以免走錯車道而在新宿提前下了高速公路。
