日本福州语，又称日本福建话，是福州语的一种域外分支。这种福州语是在20世紀到20世纪末由福州等地移民到日本而带过去的语言。以福清口音居多。[1]

中国大陆改革开放后，一大批福建移民定居于日本东京唐人街、横滨唐人街。在唐人街附近，许多福建移民经营中式餐馆和打工。[2]
语言特点[编辑]
日本福建话为通行于日本东京和横滨一代华人社区的闽语，属闽东语侯官片。语言系属与福州本地为同一分片，并且具有高度相似性。福清话保留不少中古乃至上古的汉字读音和词汇。[3]
