2018年，曾家瑩以專題受訪者身份參與了香港電台《鏗鏘集 – 韓迷星夢》[2]，展現了她迷上韓流文化的心路歷程及追夢過程。
2021年參加了ViuTV選秀節目《全民造星IV》[3]，並成為全民造星史上最為年輕的參賽者之一。在首輪評核中與何佩婷(何佩)爭奪晉身機會，但不幸未能獲取評判選出而落入淘汰區，但最終得到導師許廷鏗賞識其特質及給予肯定，從復活區挑選成為成功復活的參賽者。最後更晉身決賽，並於比賽中獲取第18名。
2022年與另外4位《全民造星IV》參賽者趙展彤(VAL)、黃斯琪(CK)、何榛綦(Nat)、林暐翹自組女團，並於4月19日正式發表以女團STRAYZ出道。

參加《全民造星IV》[编辑]
脚本错误：没有“Unsubst”这个模块。 在比賽過程中，曾家瑩多次參與歌曲作詞及演唱數首歌曲，包括原創歌曲《#A5110》及《七個小矮人》[4]，並成功晉級至20強決賽。
最後，曾家瑩於總決賽以跳唱方式演繹原創歌曲《暑假失戀通告》，最終星級評判團評分獲4分（排名第17）及觀眾投票評分獲5分（排名第16），以總成績9分獲總排名第18名[5]。
加入女團STRAYZ[编辑]
2022年4月19日，受到《全民造星IV》參賽者趙展彤(VAL)及黃斯琪(CK)的邀請，與何榛綦(Nat)及林暐翹(暐翹)加入自組女團STRAYZ出道。隊名源自「Stray(流浪)」一詞，因她們於賽後沒有與唱片公司簽訂合約，由此自喻為一班流浪的小朋友，以獨立組合的形式自負盈虧經營，以女團之名STRAYZ追夢[6]。
2022年6月25日，成團後首度以女團身份參與《TIME’S UP Live》與樂隊《小紅帽silhungmo》合作演唱《#A5110》，及後翻唱歌曲《純孩兒》及演繹出道作《Stray》[7]。
2022年7月13日，《Stray》音源正式於各大音樂平台上架[8]，官方音樂影片亦於STRAYZ YouTube官方頻道正式發表。
