李立勝，1987年大學畢業於澳門，藝術創作學系畢業，畢業前曾於藝術公司實習，畢業後於藝術公司任職，1990年轉職澳門電台擔任節目主持，初期只擔任音樂節目主持，2010年起兼任節目製作部副總監，2019年起兼任生活資訊節目主持。
