林益全（1975年8月27日－），創業家、學者、作家、自然生態倡議者、旅行家。

經歷[编辑]

於高中時期即參與創業，大學時期擔任創社社長與學生會會長，也持續創業並於當兵入伍前將其所創之公司賣出而賺到第一桶金。之後赴美工作，服務於全球零售業龍頭 Wal- Mart，擔任 Asia Business Development Director 職務，在 WTO 開放中國市場的前後期，負責亞洲市場戰略規劃、推動全球化商業合作，觀察全球佈局及亞洲可能發展新創趨勢，並拓展出強大的供應鏈資源。之後返台籌設早期創投基金度金針資本(WISKEY CAPITAL)，並進入醫療領域，於敏盛醫院擔任策略副院長，協助醫院轉型，並成功 IPO 等。之後又創辦金融科技公司，線上媒體，垂直社群平台等，同時投入以推廣運動心理與發展的基金會項目等。2008 年帶著全球化的實務經驗返台之後，以「願把金針度予人」的價值精神，推動各種商業開發與創新的可能性。

林老師擁有美國、歐洲和中國等市場開發及跨國管理經驗，亦有材料科技、零售通路、金融科技、醫療服務、科技創新服務等產業相關的專業領域知識。結合實務經驗與學術領域的研究，對於大數據分析、平台經濟與創業與創新管理有許多獨見創獲論述。曾完成數個具規模的跨國及本國併購案，廣泛投資於民生消費，科技媒體通訊，醫療服務，金融創新科技等領域及產業。
