社團法人桃園市及時雨行善會於2015年8月6日成立，創會理事長 莊泳沐先生發起。本會秉持著本著「及時行善、澤地如雨」的理念。凝聚社會各界愛心與力量，給予弱勢及時的幫助，進而促使社會更加進步與祥和。行善會曾於106年與人安基金會共同舉辦義診義剪活動[1]
