喜歡聽音樂、看電影及看書的Eric，一直視電台DJ為自己的理想職業。偶然於一次電台的面試機會加入了香港電台，成為 Teen Power 的 Web-J，同時間亦負責拍攝、剪接及籌備等幕後工作。

- 《騷動音樂》逢星期一至五下午三時至五時
- 由2009年播出至今，本來由逢星期六晚上播出，至2018年四月成為週一至週五版本, 是香港電台重點音樂節目之一，Eric會播放大量中外歌手的非派台作品，希望帶給聽眾更多非主打作品作選擇；節目亦會訪問時下歌手製作音樂的各種苦與樂。

- 《隨機播放》逢星期六下午二時至四時
- 專訪不同音樂人，遨請他們選擇對自己音樂創作影響至深的十首歌曲，分享他們的音樂養份，將「獨樂樂」化為「眾樂樂」。
- 《Gimme 5》
.由2007年至2018年，與黃天頤及波盛一同主持的娛樂節目，逢星期一至五下午時段播出，每天以不同主題與聽眾互動，滿載笑料，是香港電台最受年青人歡迎節目之一。
- 《紳士三十路》
.2017年六月開播了首季四十多集節目, 與音樂人符致逸一同主持, 每週請來城中不同紳士, 由他們熱愛的事物中細看男士的生活品味與態度。

專欄寫作[编辑]
2010年首次為時尚男性月刊《Jessica Men》撰寫音樂專欄，以不同的播放清單為主題，介紹中外歌手的唱片及歌曲。首篇作品於2010年7月號出版。2011年1月，梁德輝為另一本男性月刊《MR》內的 Culture Music 專欄提筆，以「好的音樂就是懂你的音樂」為理念，繼續以文字為樂迷騷動音樂。同年8月，開始為免費音樂雙周雜誌《re: spect》撰寫「音樂在說話Talking Music」專欄，訴說從音樂聽出來的故事。
出版書刊[编辑]
2011年起，與其他港台主持集體出版以下散文集，並參與同年度書展，出席新書簽名會。
