青年時期在民心影視公司擔任王小隸的副導演。2000年開始拍攝第一部偶像戲劇《十八歲的約定》及製作大愛戲劇《燕子》，至今多次獲得金鐘獎入圍與肯定。2003年帶領團隊與大陸合作拍攝大陸首部跨國愛情偶像劇，由蘇有朋，何潤東，蔡琳演出《情定愛情海》打開大陸知名度。《十八歲的約定》《愛殺17》二度獲得金鐘獎最佳戲劇節目提名。
