皖酒

Articles copied from Draft Namespace on Wikipedia could be seen on the Draft Namespace of Wikipedia and not main one. 皖酒是安徽蚌埠出产的一种白酒，源于1949年4至6月间，当局将当地“源昌”、“福昌”、“福海”、“西源康”及“东源康”等七家私人酒坊合并成立的蚌埠酒厂，后数度易名。皖酒乃以高粱为主料，依蓄糟配料、混蒸混烧、泥窖固态发酵等传统工艺酿制而成。1980年代酒厂所产蚌埠白酒、蚌埠大曲、高粱大曲等产品因受欢迎而被称为“大众茅台”。1990年代酒厂因市场和体制等问题陷入困境，2000年改制为民企后方扭转颓势。现产品包括皖酒王、百年、皖国和精品皖酒四个系列，涵盖浓香型白酒 、酱香型白酒和兼香型白酒。
