- 2019年5月23日，《童溫層》首集在網路政論節目《政經關不了》的YouTube頻道上首播[1]。
- 2019年5月24日，《童溫層》改在自家的YouTube頻道上首映[2]。
- 2019年5月26日，針對2019年民主進步黨總統提名選舉紛爭，童文薰以律師專業呼籲，若蔡英文陣營修改初選規則，賴清德陣營應比照馬王政爭時王金平的手段，向法院申請假處分[3]。
- 2019年6月3日，節目專訪美國共和黨亞太政策顧問葉望輝，其在節目中倡議源於冷戰時期的口號「YOU ARE NOT ALONE (你們並不孤單)」，呼籲世界各國不要忽視維族和其他少數民族所受的苦難，讓他們有勇氣堅持下去。同時也藉此鼓勵面臨外交困境的台灣。[4]。同集節目中，還討論「台積電」繼續供貨給「華為」的正當性，以及政治問題用法律解決的適切性。童文薰引述台積電高層主管表示，不供貨給華為並不會影響台積電收入，因為有別的訂單會進來，台積電有做不完的生意。她指出，台積電有一個出口管制分析內控系統，可以判斷生產過程使用美商技術、材料、軟體應用程式等比例，「超過25%美國技術才算踩紅線」。若沒超過25%就可繼續出貨給華為。[5][6]
- 2019年6月10日，節目主持人楊憲宏就民進黨2020總統初選一事表態，強調賴清德一路走來，價值始終清晰，無論是思想、行動、語言，抑或對中國的態度。他呼籲大眾摒棄模糊的臉譜，不要選擇左右搖擺的政客。他也透露，許多諾貝爾獎得主表達了隨達賴來台開高峰會的意願，若賴清德能兌現承諾，當選後即邀西藏精神領袖達賴喇嘛來台，那麼未來台灣便有機會，主辦這難得的高峰會，讓世界看到台灣所堅持的價值。[7][8]
- 2019年6月19日，有一位網友在前總統陳水扁臉書留言，從初選登記開始就發現幾乎都是「祝英台」，很久不看政論節目了，只看YouTube的「政經關不了」和「童溫層」。[9]
