- 2018年2月，因在個人臉書貼文用「謊言大師」等內容，指射另名Cosplay表演者貓菻，遭貓菻提告，高雄地院審理認為米砂貼文的字眼確實有鄙視、詆毀，雖她PO在個人臉書而非粉專，追蹤人數及關注度都不低，也吸引網友跟著罵，依犯散布文字誹謗罪處2月徒刑，易科罰金6萬，全案可上訴。[1]
