義大汽車客運股份有限公司（英語：E-DA BUS），簡稱：義大客運，是高雄市一家客運公司，主要行駛高雄市公車，成立於2010年，目前為義聯集團旗下的子公司之一。

義大世界開幕後，相關設施完成，當地交通雖有義大二路（舊稱仁義路）與縣道186甲這兩條主要聯外道路做連結，在沒有大眾運輸接駁情況下，對於無自用車代步者仍較為不便。
- 2010年5月 義聯集團創辦人林義守宣佈正式成立義大客運，以方便來往義大世界與義守大學。
- 2010年7月9日 首條由義大世界至高鐵左營站的客運路線開始營運，目前有六條路線，起訖站全數自義大世界開始，行駛區域分佈高雄市主要地區。
- 2011年7月1日 闢駛8501線（高鐵左營站－義大世界），向東延伸至佛光山及佛陀紀念館，連結高雄市大樹區兩大主要觀光景點。
- 2012年5月9日 提前移撥8501等6條路線為市區客運。
- 2012年5月12日 闢駛高雄捷運接駁公車E03(紅52)（義大醫院－高鐵左營站），正式拓展客運服務範圍至義大醫院。
- 2012年9月12日 闢駛高雄市公車96路（義大醫院－義大世界）。
- 2012年11月19日 闢駛高雄市公車261路（義大醫院－旗山轉運站）。
- 2012年12月，成立義大遊覽車。
- 2014年9月15日 E04(紅54A)燕巢學園快線(高鐵左營站-高雄師範大學)及E04(紅54B)燕巢快線(高鐵左營站-樹德科技大學)正式通車。
- 2020年6月1日：E04燕巢學園快線改由高雄客運接駛。
- 2021年2月10日：高雄市公車261路停駛。
- 2022年6月13日：高雄市公車8501路延駛佛陀紀念館停駛。
- 2023年6月30日：高雄市公車E03B路停駛。
- 2024年5月20日：高雄市公車E03B開始營運。
