考試委員是中華民國考試院的委員，依2019年修正之現行《考試院組織法》第3條，考試委員減至7-9人，考試委員之任期減至4年。[1]。
設置人數變遷[编辑]
考試委員依法原設置11人、任期爲6年，由總統提名，經立法院同意任命。後曾修正《考試院組織法》，將考試委員增至19人。
提名程序[编辑]
「總統提名之司法院正副院長，考試院正副院長，及司法院大法官，考試院考試委員時，應檢附履歷，並加具意見，以備審查，監察院如不同意時，應以書面請總統另行提名。」
