財團法人自強工業科學基金會（英語：Tze Chiang Foundation of Science and Technology）
認識自強
1973年，國立清華大學校友捐獻基金成立「財團法人自強工業科學技術服務社」，啟動了科技研發與人才培育之路。1997年元月，更名為財團法人自強工業科學基金會(Tze Chiang Foundation of Science and Technology)，簡稱自強基金會(TCFST)，以更完備的法人組織與企業化經營管理，開啟國家科技發展新頁。
成立至今，自強掌握趨勢與時並進，不斷變革創新，專精於高科技人才培育、工業技術研發與合作，成為國內重要的產官學研整合平台。近年來，因應產業發展與全球化潮流，積極推動生技產業等前瞻科技之培訓，拓展代工、檢測、認證等專業領域，並致力於各類國際事務，促進國際交流與合作，邁向世界舞台。
