臺隆工業股份有限公司（簡稱臺隆工業或台隆集團；英語譯名：Tailung Capital Inc.[[Category:含有Template:ISO 639 name en的條目]]，簡寫為Tailung[[Category:含有Template:ISO 639 name en的條目]]）是一家臺灣企業，擁有台隆手創館、吉豚屋、百吉明治冰淇淋、普利司通運動用品等事業。它的前身是由黃崇西於1957年創立的臺隆貿易行；其子黃政旺經營臺隆工業，並將其擴展為大型企業。

臺隆工業(Tailung Capital Inc.) 創立於1963年，至今已有超過50年歷史，前身為臺隆貿易行，早年與日本石橋(Bridgestone)、鈴木(Suzuki)等知名企業合作，以進口貿易輪胎，及生產銷售機車為主，在台灣汽機車工業發展上扮演重要角色。
自1980年代起，隨台灣經濟起飛，臺隆集團為貫徹多角化之經營策略，以百吉食品進入冰品市場，1986年更進一步與日本第一冰淇淋品牌－明治乳業(meiji)技術合作，率先導入先進製造技術於桃園產線。在超過30年的合作關係中，生產各種明治、百吉冰淇淋，其中家喻戶曉的百吉棒棒冰，更是許多台灣人共同的童年記憶。
繼引進日本明治(meiji)後，臺隆集團陸續與日本東急集團(Tokyu Group)、かつや(Katsuya)以及マツモトキヨシ(Matsumoto Kiyoshi)等知名企業合作，將「台隆手創館」日系生活雜貨、「吉豚屋」日式炸豬排，以及「台灣松本清」日本連鎖藥妝等深受消費大眾喜愛的品牌，帶進台灣民眾之生活中。

台隆手創館為日本雜貨領導品牌 － 東急手創館合作伙伴，目前在全台各大商圈有13個據點，秉持「雙手創造萬物，感受創作喜悅，享受創意生活」精神。
- 食品事業 【百吉、明治冰淇淋】
臺隆自1986年引進日本明治株式會社的生產技術及品質管理，以現代化方式生產「百吉」、「明治」系列雪糕及冰淇淋。
