- 華原的首張雙A面單曲。表側為「華」封面，背側為「Keep On Running」封面。
- 〈華〉一曲已於出道10週年全國巡迴演唱會上初次公布，大受好評。在單曲中則重新書寫歌詞，並由曾製作AI暢銷單曲〈Story〉的美國「2 SOUL for 2 SOUL MUSIC, INC.」擔任編曲與製作。
- 原先預定作為10週年紀念之第6張原創專輯《NAKED》的末尾點綴曲來收錄，後依華原本人期望單曲化。一度預定作為「10週年紀念曲」在2005年10月發行，後延至12月，最終在延期4個月的狀態下發行。
- 在CDTV的週間排行中，本作於發行同年的4月第一週從圈外再度浮回榜單。
