早年生活[编辑]
蔡愷穎早年就讀大埔舊墟公立學校 (寶湖道)同王肇枝中學，其後修讀香港教育大學創意藝術與文化榮譽文學士（音樂）課程。2019年，蔡愷穎曾經參加由大埔區文藝協進會及大埔區青年活動委員會合辦的《大埔區青少年暑期活動歌唱比賽2019》，於初賽演唱陳詠桐的《說散就散》，最後於決賽奪冠。
2020年至今：參加《聲夢傳奇》入行[编辑]
2020年中，蔡愷穎報名參加無綫電視歌唱選秀節目《聲夢傳奇》，結果成功入圍，粉絲名為「河粉」。《聲夢傳奇》於2021年播出，蔡愷穎最終於節目第2集演唱容祖兒歌曲《心之科學》後以4分被淘汰出局，15強止步。[1][2][3]比賽後，她和所有《聲夢傳奇》參賽者已簽下無綫電視經理人合約及星夢娛樂歌手合約，[4]開始參加無綫電視各大綜藝節目。[5]2021年8月12至15日，《聲夢傳奇》導師與15位參賽者於旺角麥花臣場館舉行四場《脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。》演唱會，是蔡愷穎所參與之首次公開售票演唱會。[6][7]同年12月，由《聲夢傳奇》學員及《盛·舞者》參賽者主演的無綫電視青春校園歌舞電視劇《青春本我》播出，蔡愷穎於劇入面飾演「盧麗勝」，是她首次參演電視劇。[8]
2022年10月，蔡愷穎為無綫電視台慶劇《下流上車族》主唱插曲《幸運是我》，是她首次主唱劇集歌曲。
2023年8月11日，蔡愷穎推出首支向各大電子傳媒派台的個人單曲《好感的定義》，正式出道。[9]
