西貢鐵路是由香港建造商會在2011年向香港政府提倡興建的客運鐵路線，服務西貢區，設10個車站，連接馬鞍山綫與將軍澳綫，以單軌形式建造，為中型鐵路系統，每列列車設3卡車廂（類同南港島綫）。

以烏溪沙站為起點，經過泥涌站、十四鄉站、企嶺下站、西貢站、菠蘿輋站、打蠔墩站、白沙灣站、蠔涌站、科大站，最後到達坑口站。西貢綫分為兩段，坑口至西貢站為第1期，西貢至烏溪沙站則為第2期。西貢區議員方國珊認為西貢鐵路有助區內商業發展，並認同分段興建，同時建議鐵路可向南延長至日出康城。以康城站為终點站，與將軍澳綫交匯。
立法會議員范國威則指出興築鐵路雖有助解決交通問題，但會破壞西貢這個香港後花園，同時若有關鐵路落實，則應全段興建。而香港科技大學校長陳繁昌則表示中型鐵路不足以應付需求，應改為高運量系統興建。[1][2]
