Template:Globalize/Taiwan 視覺傳達設計系（Department of Visual Communication Design），簡稱視傳系或視設系，為台灣的大專院校中常見的科系之一，是專門教授平面設計、包裝設計、企業識別設計、環境視覺設計、排版及相關應用之科系，通常隸屬於設計或藝術人文等學院（學群）。與之相似的科系尚有商業設計系、視覺設計系、時尚生活創意設計系等。

沿革

在臺灣，最早以視覺傳達設計之名作為系科名稱者，為實踐家政專科學校（現實踐大學）於1984年成立的的應用美術科視覺傳達設計組。而台南家政專科學校（現台南應用科技大學）於1988年成立的二年制視覺傳達設計科，是臺灣首間將視覺傳達設計之名獨立為單一科系名稱者。高雄正修科技大學時尚生活創意設計系於2020年更名為視覺傳達設計系，為近年最新設立的視覺傳達設計系。
