《講睇．港體》為真人騷節目。節目主持人在每集皆會被要求嘗試從未接觸或鮮為人知的事物，過程以第一身的角度拍攝，讓觀眾有親歷其景之感，亦冀望從中啟發他們對生活、社會現象及人生的思考。

施懿值
施懿值 [3] （生於2002）是一名15歲的中學生，擁有數年影片製作經驗，由2015年起在YouTube頻道擔任主持，影片以Vlogs(生活片) [4] 為主, 例如:「 DG整人大計 [5]」， 「淘寶開箱」, 「DG之挑戰 [6] 」等。而 Duncan Si 在2017年展開新嘗試，負責籌備及策劃真人秀綜藝節目，並帶領團隊進行製作。
蕭傲
蕭傲（生於2002）是一名16歲的中學生，擁有話劇、演講等台上表演經驗。而「講睇港體」的節目，是他首次擔任真人騷綜藝節目主持人的角色。Kenneth Siu性格開朗，風格幽默有趣。
虛擬小精靈[编辑]
虛擬小精靈是一個透過手機訊息通知主持最新任務的「精靈」。在第一集，兩位主持收到來自「虛擬小精靈」神秘的手機訊息。主持人對此不明來歷的訊息感到驚訝及好奇，並決定跟着精靈一起體驗，開展第一季的體驗旅程。 虛擬小精靈在每個旅程開始前，也會傳送任務訊息給主持人。施懿值 & 蕭傲 便會按照提示和題目進行任務。
