3月6日，小组重新开放，但仍保持“豆瓣鹅组”这一名称。

2006年8月21日，北京豆瓣互动科技有限公司（豆瓣网）成立。[11]
2016年12月2日，毫无关联的“北京豆瓣科技有限公司”成立。[12]该公司在新浪微博注册名为“豆瓣鹅组”账号，并认证为企业官方微博。[2]被豆瓣网发现后，豆瓣网向新浪微博投诉，该账号随后被下架。[2]
2018年9月，豆瓣网在北京朝阳法院起诉“北京豆瓣科技有限公司”，要求后者停止在公司名称中使用“豆瓣”字样。[2]
2019年2月3日，“北京豆瓣科技有限公司”更名为“北京中能环宇科技有限公司”。[12]
