簡歷[编辑]
趙頌宜出身藝術世家，兄長趙祥誠為ViuTV選秀節目《全民造星III》冠軍，姊姊趙綺婷曾報名參加2019年度香港小姐競選。[1]趙頌宜自小學習唱歌，屬於女低音。2016年曾以原名趙綺琪參加中國內地歌唱比賽《中國好歌聲》（後更名為《中國新歌聲》）廣東省海選，入圍至半決賽，演唱《海闊天空》。[1]
趙頌宜曾就讀新亞中學。中學六年級時參加「賽馬會藝育菁英計劃─全港青少年繪畫日」，作品獲高級組優異獎[4][5][1]。
2022年，趙頌宜參加《聲夢傳奇2》，被指貌似《聲夢傳奇》第一季參賽者林君蓮。[6]趙頌宜獲導師林二汶選中入組並加入藍隊。
