鄭正（1976年12月31日）臺灣新竹縣人，竹東鎮地方教育世家。東吳大家心理系學士、世新大學行政管理研究所畢業。2022 年投入竹東、五峰地區新竹縣縣議員選舉。
個人背景[编辑]
原名張鄭正，父親是張錦隆、母親是鄭毓巧；因母親家族方面需要且自己意願，更改姓名為鄭正（從母姓）。祖輩張阿堂先生為經營卡車維修及貨運業；鄭啣書先生為大肚國小校長退休。父母親、哥哥及嫂嫂皆為學校教師，可算上是教育世家；當兵退伍後，曾在台北市立中興醫院服務；後擔任前新竹縣長邱鏡淳立法委員時期之助理，助理期間也邊增加政府管理方面的專業，努力考取了中山、淡江、世新大學相關的研究所，最終選擇就讀世新大學行政管理學系。碩士期間老師推薦報考大陸博士班，於2008年赴陸並考取北京大學政府管理學院之博士班；後因進入科技業發展而放棄學業。直至2020年covid-19疫情影響，放棄當時鴻海專案經理工作，返回臺灣戮力推廣數位轉型工具應用，輔導多個商圈做數位轉型與擴充行銷手法。另自行經營facebok社團竹東市，以導覽形式介紹竹東的生活形態；另有YouTube 頻道心境界，主要推廣心理學，希望大眾對心理學能有一定程度的普及。
