2013年3月1日，鍾健平與其他5位我哋係香港人，唔係中國人組織成員因為與張漢賢想法相違背，並稱張漢賢在組織內與不少群組成員有錢銀瓜葛，對張漢賢缺乏信心所以決定退出群組[1]。

脚本错误：没有“main”这个模块。 市民鍾健平申請在元朗遊行被警方拒絕，反送中示威者下午自發到元朗繼續遊行，不滿警察在上星期日對元朗恐襲坐視不理。過萬人在元朗遊行，一度佔據元朗大馬路。警察在下午五點十五分多次發放催淚彈驅散示威者，更曾射中在場記者和附近老人院的簷蓬。鍾健平在晚上見記者，表示按街道面積作估算，共有28萬8千人到元朗「行街」，又感謝市民無懼7.21的元朗恐襲，今日仍然前來元朗。[2]

「港人自決藍色起義」成員鍾健平和陳梓進，以及獨立音樂人黃俊珏，早前被裁定2013年七一遊行期間參與非法集結被裁定罪成。三人均獲評為適合接受社會服務令，被判履行社會服務令80小時[3]「港人自決藍色起義」兩成員及獨立音樂人於2013年七一遊行時，因在銅鑼灣崇光百貨對開聚集，被裁定非法集結罪成。原審時裁判官曾下令控方披露警方行動指令的內容，但因控方拒絕，裁判官最終容許控方只須交出刪減了部份內容的版本。3人昨提上訴，質疑裁判官做法，並透露警方在文件中表示，以膠帶或鐵馬封路有不同政治含意，顯示當日行動或別有用心。3名上訴人鍾健平、陳梓進及音樂人黃俊珏（29至35歲），已完成被判處的80小時社會服務令[4]

鍾健平於7月21日元朗的黑社会恐怖袭击事件後向警方申請發起27日於元朗反对黑社会遊行，但獲警方發出反對通知書。其後鍾聲稱會繼續一人到元朗行街。當日多人自發到元朗，最後演變成多處警民衝突。鍾聲稱按「科學方法」統計有28.8萬人參與。截至28日，早11時，共有24名傷者送院，其中6人仍留醫，2人嚴重。
出席『城市論壇』節目[编辑]
二零一九年七月二十八日，鍾健平出席【城市論壇】節目。昨日有到訪元朗的巫堃泰指，鍾健平於出席港台節目《城市論壇》後被警方強行帶走，先被帶往跑馬地警署，隨後會到灣仔警署及大埔警署[5]。

「光復元朗」遊行申請人鍾健平28日被警方拘捕，據悉在29日早上5時許，因背部傷患被送到那打素醫院羈留病房留醫，目前情況穩定。[6]。
