自少喜歡五月天和周國賢，中學就讀聖保祿學校，擔任音樂社重要一員。大學於香港演藝學院修讀音效設計，2015年發佈畢業作品CD《Identity》。自2015年起，跟隨香港流行歌曲編曲人和歌曲監製嚴勵行工作，亦在多個演唱會音樂團隊中看見其蹤影。曾經與多名歌手合作，包括：譚詠麟、張敬軒、梁詠琪、溫拿、陳曉東、陳惠敏、陳明憙、鍾嘉欣等等。2020年，將會推出個人作品。
