陳凌晞自少喜歡音樂，自幼參加校內及校外的音樂比賽及表演，項目包括唱歌及鋼琴，亦贏得不少獎項。[1]
她大學讀工商管理，畢業後因為自身樂於助人的性格，從事社福界工作近7年[1]。機緣巧合下，認識了一些音樂人，自此正式以歌手身份出道。
