陳彥伶出生於馬來西亞柔佛州，成長於峇株巴辖。2010年參加Astro新秀大賽，獲得季軍以及獲選為「我的至愛新秀」。同年，Fyone代表馬來西亞赴香港參加TVB全球華人新秀歌唱大賽[1]，榮獲季軍。因為演唱馬來西亞賀歲電影《天天好天》主題曲---《彩虹的家》（與Stephanie劉佩芯合唱）正式出道，成為Astro本地圈旗下藝人，亦是知名製作人李偉菘與李偲菘唱片公司旗下的歌手。
2011年，Fyone與Stephanie發行《彩虹的家》單曲，因首版單曲火速售罄，偉思娛樂立刻宣佈改版發行，單曲宣傳遍佈全馬各地，MV觀看次數破百萬次。這首歌曲也讓兩人榮獲MY Astro至尊流行榜頒獎典禮的「至尊單曲」獎。
2012年，形象嬌小可愛的Fyone轉戰電視圈，成為Astro小太陽的節目主持人，吸納大量小朋友與家長粉絲，更有大馬蝴蝶姐姐之稱。
2014年，Fyone突然公佈要赴台升學暫別演藝圈的消息，震驚媒體和粉絲。
2017年，Fyone正式改名為陳彥伶，意味著重新出發。創作、演唱並發行數位單曲《好想好想家》。
