陳明飛（1961年~），為現任國立彰化師範大學校長、彰師大工學院機電工程學系教授。畢業於國立臺灣科技大學機械工程系學士、國立臺灣科技大學工程技術研究所碩士以及阿亨工業大學流體傳動與控制研究所博士班，曾任經濟部科技顧問室研究員、行政院原子能委員會核能研究所研究助理，曾任教於國立彰化師範大學、大葉大學、國立中山大學[1]，研究領域包含機械、軟體、系統設計及人工智慧等[2]。

陳明飛先生是彰師大少數理工背景出身而非教育學出身的校長，2020年上任時獲得教育部長潘文忠期許面對臺灣產業趨勢，應帶領彰師大培育跨域複合式人才[3]，同年8月與潘文忠一同出席國立彰化高級中學舉辦的全國高級中等學校及特殊教育學校校長會議受訪表示，面對臺灣進入「工業4·0」時代，大學教授如果以20 30年前的傳統思維教導學生實在落伍，應符合自動化和人工智慧主軸[4]。
